Does Wits allow external students access to the Library?
Only Masters and PHD students from any South African institutions are eligible to use Wits Libraries because of the reciprocal agreement between institutions. A standard letter signed by the Head of Library services at the home institution is required. The letter should state that the student or staff is in good standing in their home library and that it takes full responsibility for any material borrowed and losses incurred.
